The Liz Prine Memorial Fund was created in 1982 by the family and friends of Elizabeth Erskine Prine, who died that year at age 44 after an eight month-battle with cancer, to honor her legacy of empowering women.

Liz believed in a hands-on-approach to helping others, and in her 44 years she dedicated herself to that work. In her spirit, the Liz Prine Fund provides DIRECT, IMMEDIATE, ONE-TIME ASSISTANCE to help a woman who is trying to improve her circumstances.
